  2. Respond in a manner without getting into he/she said the debate
  3. Thank people who leave positive reviews
  4. Telling customers to make a review isn’t recommended due to Yelp’s filters which are keen in detecting the time frame, person etc. to see if it was actually a recent customer (this can lead to having your Yelp reviews shown as “not trusted”.
